Flexible approaches

My approach is quite straightforward and can be customised to fit the clients requirements and budget.

My typical approach is :-

• Discuss requirements informally, including different contract options.
• Produce outline quotation and timescales
• Customer indicates intent to award contract
• Further understand requirements and refine estimate and timescales.
• Customer awards contract
• Software is either prototyped, and refined in consultation with the customer, or is developed in isolation depending upon the customers wishes 
• Tested software is delivered
• Customer performs acceptance test
• Dependant on contract full training, source and documentation provided.
• ... once everyone is happy, software is deployed live.
